A creative, empathic and dynamic personality, Alyson Albano (formerly Stack), brings an eclectic, individualized approach to her therapeutic work. Alyson combines her education and clinical training with personal experiences, and approaches therapy emphasizing a collaboration of psychodynamic, existential and interpersonal psychotherapy, with cognitive-behavioral techniques. 

In addition to her private practice, Alyson is the Director of Clinical Quality with Discovery Behavioral Health, where she contributes to ensuring the highest standard of clinical quality and best practices are provided at 100+ substance use disorder, eating disorder and mental health programs across the nation. 

Formerly, Alyson was Clinical Director of Cliffside Malibu and held various positions at a widely recognized dual-diagnosis treatment center in West Hollywood, a well-renowned eating disorder center and a non-profit 120-bed residential facility in West Los Angeles.
